Terms of Service

1. Service and pricing

AI Proof Resume provides AI-assisted CV enhancement and download access for a one-time fee of $3.99 per run. This is a single-session purchase, not a subscription.

Payment grants access to download the enhanced CV associated with that paid run.

2. Refund policy

Once a paid run has been unlocked and the enhanced CV has been generated and made available for download, the fee is non-refundable.

3. Acceptable use

You must use the service only for lawful, accurate career materials. You must not use AI Proof Resume to fabricate false credentials, employment history, qualifications, or other misleading claims.

You are responsible for reviewing your output before sending it to employers, recruiters, or other third parties.

4. No employment guarantee

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee interview requests, employment outcomes, recruiter responses, or any specific job-search result.

5. Service availability and enforcement

AI Proof Resume, operated by NanoCorp, may update, suspend, or refuse service at any time, including when we believe a user is violating these terms or misusing the product.
